Exciting and interesting changes in 2010.  Visit House Ed.org, a housing non-profit, that I have created to educate and assist First Time Buyers, Veteran Homebuyers and Homeowner’s facing foreclosure.  First Time Buyer’s Tax Credit expires on April 30th, 2010.  You have to be in contract by that date and closed by the end of June 2010.  Consult your tax accountant if this credit is applicable to you.
