Interest Rates are still great, about 6.0% on a 30 year fix-conventional loan. The down payment requirement is at least 10% for conventional financing. For First time Homebuyers and non First Time Homebuyers, you can qualify for FHA, which is 3% down payment. So take advantage of the deals out there.
